COMPANY POLICY FOR CHANGES – SUPPORT AND CANCELLATION

  1. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
In case of a cancellation for services already confirmed and paid by the client the Company will apply the following policy: If up to 30 days prior date of services – refund of 100% of total amount paid. Between 29 and 7 days to service – 70% refund of total amount paid – 7 or more days prior service – NO refund.
  1. CANCELATION OF HOTELS BOOKING
We will respect and apply same Hotel policy
  1. CHANGES ON RESERVATION BOOKED
Once client arrives in Italy and request any kind of change on services booked, a one time fee of EUR 50.00 will be applied for each service changed. Benarrivati does not guarantee availability for last minute changes
  1. DRIVER SERVICES AND TRANSFERS
Airport transfers include a 1 hour waiting time in case of delays not related to the flight , if driver waits more than 1 hour for passengers, our hourly rate will be applied. Transfers to and from train stations and intercity include a 30 minutes wait time, for wait time over 30 minutes, our hourly rate will be applied. In case passenger does not find driver at designated meeting point, passenger must call our 24/7 customer support immediately, failure to do so will not be eligible for a refund. Our drivers are fluent in Italian only. We can provide services in English and Spanish upon request and availability.
